Every Goodwill I have ever visited over the years ( I like to shop at these for the treasures and some times the other stuff) was always a decent place. This one is just not. Nothing in there but junk no one would want, not gently used, just junk. No treasures, just junk. No at least decent clothes, just stained, worn out (and even stinky) rags, and so old no one would wear them. What a gyp to have this place replace Rainier Thrift and Gift. Ill never go in there again.

This store wil be great but customer service is bad I wanted to return an item as soon as I bought it because it didnt work once I got in the car And they only wanted to give me store credit spoke to the manager Alicia Stafford and wow I have never spoke to someone so ignorant and rude she was so mean and talked to me with an attitude the whole time never ever shopping here again I will be reporting her to corporate.

The staff at this store are very nice and friendly. But for some reason this store quality of clothing is very very dated and not up to part compare to Puyallup . The stories that have been up dated like Auburn seem to get newer merchandise.Sad.I will visit maybe in 3months to see it gets different items. Its always worth a stop in, You never know what day will be your lucky day!!

On crutches cant carry a purse so I have a SMALL backpack to carry my wallet and etc. In they stopped me And told me that I couldnt have a backpack and I had to put it in a locker that they didnt even know how to lock or work this place is a joke I come in here with a purse bigger than my backpack all the time couldnt even shop with my mom because of a backpack

Stopped by to donate a dresser vanity and the guy in the back was very rude and unethical. All the parts for the railings of the drawers were inside of the dresser but he wouldnt give us the time to tell him that. He just kept saying we cant sell that without this.(which again all parts were there) We will be donating else where.

This place is just filled with junk. Not only is it dirty and smelly, the staff is super unhelpful! And dont try to donate stuff here! They are really picky about what they take! Youd think that with their strict guidelines on what theyll take theyd have more good stuff here!!

This is not a thrift store, prices higher than Walmart, i found two pair of lounge pants, both had price of $5.50, but when checked out they said $9.00 a pair, i did not take them, shirts on sale at Walmart for $5.00 same shirts in Goodwill $7.99. They are a joke.

I feel a great deal of sadness when I hear stories of people in need being turned away who ask for clothing and shoes for their childrren.... Promo once in a while. The difference would be made up for the retail prices we pay for donated used items.... Right?
